Kelly Elliott - Cherished Enough review

I'm loving this charming Montana town and the people and families in this book! It was time for Morgan's story this time. She's loved Ryan forever but nothing has transpired between them so she's ready to try to move on. This story has a bit of suspense because there is a stranger lingering and watching; waiting. Clearly, it's not good to have a stalker, but this pushed up Ryan and Morgan's timeline. They realized how precious time is and she didn't want anyone but Ryan. At the same time, good things were happening for Morgan and she wasn't the type to let someone stop/slow her down! I was completely lost in this read and I certainly didn't see things coming! This story was intense and I was here for it!

Cherished Enough by Kelly Elliott is now live!

Morgan Shaw is my soulmate. She has no idea how much I desire her to fill the needs I crave. I've dedicated the last four years to learning everything I could about her. If my desire for her ever came to light before she realized how much she loved me, I would be labeled a stalker.

Some might find it a little creepy how I watch her every move. I find it exhilarating. I've even uprooted my entire life for her. Now this man has come into the picture and is not part of my plan. I see the girl's heads turn as he walks by, but Ryan Marshall has nothing on me and my love for Morgan. My obsession with her goes to my soul's deepest, darkest depths. If I can't have her, then no one else can.

It's almost time, Morgan, to be together forever. - The Ringmaster

Kelly Elliott - Fearless Enough review

Oooh boy! I was so excited to get little boy Blayze's story! I loved him as a kid and couldn't wait to see how life had been to him. This book did not disappoint! Blayze is all grown up and while life wasn't all bad, he had his fair share of bad handed to him. But he was stronger than that but it was still part of his past. It made him the man he was. Georgie had never forgotten about Blayze, but she was focused on becoming a journalist and wanted to do right by the the Shaw family. When her chance arises to tell their story, she is there for it. However, things don't go as planned and there are some choices to be made. But the chemistry and heat between Georgie and Blayze is intense and palpable through the pages! I loved these two together! Yes there's a past between them, but they also realize they are adults and they know what what they want. I couldn't read this book fast enough and I highly recommend this book!

Fearless Enough is a spin-off novel from New York Times bestselling author Kelly Elliott’s Meet Me in Montana series. Readers will head back to Hamilton, Montana, for a family reunion like no other!

Blayze Shaw could sum up his life in one word, fulfilling. He grew up in the shadow of his famous father, Brock Shaw, a multi-year PBR champion, but chose not to follow in his dad's footsteps. Instead, choosing to work on the family’s cattle ranch in Hamilton, Montana. Everything in his life was exactly how he wanted it, and he was the happiest he'd ever been.

When a woman from his past resurfaces and is given the task of diving deep into his world for the answers he isn’t willing to share, Blayze’s perfect world is thrown into a tailspin. He wants to dislike her, but the more time they spend together bickering back and forth, the harder it is to fight his feelings.

Georgiana Crenshaw is chasing a career as a sports reporter and has something to prove to the top dogs at the network where she works. She hasn’t made it this far simply because of who her father is. Georgiana has succeeded solely due to hard work and determination. She dives in when given a chance to show she has what it takes to get the promotion she desperately wants. Told it will be the interview of a lifetime, Georgiana shows up at the airport with a go-get-'em attitude. Only when her father tells her who she'll be interviewing does she have a moment of doubt.

But honestly, how hard could it be to interview an arrogant, self-centered, obnoxious, too handsome for his own good flirt, who gave Georgiana her first kiss behind the barn on his father's ranch?

Kelly Elliott - A Bit of Wee Luck review

I loved getting another look into Hollie and Lucas's world. Hollie is the type of person who loves to help others. But sometimes her brand of help, is a little off-key. This book made me laugh, swoon and not want to put it down! It was a very fast read and things are going well for Hollie and Lucas. Hollie is making decisions on her business, she loves being with Lucas in Ireland and has a new set of friends. Their life is going well and of course, in Hollie fashion, she has to insert a little magick. This was a sweet read and I'm looking forward to A Bit of Razzle Dazzle coming this summer!

They say my spells go awry.
Pish posh, it’s a lie.

I have the love of my life.
My best friend will soon be a wife.

Now it’s time to help a lad.
In the land of Ireland.

Wealth Spell –
A fourth leaf clover
A wad of cash
A money clip to store it fast
Light it on fire and repeat after me, all good will and fortune go unto thee

A Bit of Wee Luck is the third novella in a four book series. Each book ends on a small cliffy leading into the next book!

Kelly Elliott - Someone to Love review

Someone to Love by Kelly Elliott is now live!

On the Hook

Seasiders,

News on the beach is Braxton Bradley has caught the eye of Seaside's very own darling, Harlee Tilson. Now, this might come as a shock to many of you, since the eldest Bradley sibling has been rumored to have made a vow to never marry. After all, his fishing charter has always been his number one love.

A little crab might have informed me that Braxton and Harlee were seen in a rather...intimate embrace only two nights ago on the Seaside Pier! The scandal of it all since Harlee is fresh off a breakup with Thomas Minor...who happens to be Braxton's BFF! Did I mention scandal?

Could it be true? Could Braxton and Harlee be an item? One has to wonder what poor Thomas must think of this new development.

Stay tuned, my fishes...more to come!

My Review

I LOOOOOVED this book! I was excited to get Braxton's and Harlee's story! Based on the other books in the series, the reader knows there's SOMETHING between these two. We just didn't know WHAT! I was very quickly sucked in and didn't want to leave Seaside. This book had ALL. THE. FEELS. and I enjoyed getting their story. I found myself smiling often and I was pulling for them and I honestly didn't want this book to EVER end!

Kelly Elliott - A Bit of Holly Jolly review

My Review

Ohhhh this book was so fun to get lost in! You must read A Bit of Hocus Pocus first. This book picks up where the first left off. Hollie is learning more about herself and she wants to help her best friend, Kristin. And both have good intentions but things go a little awry LOL I enjoyed seeing Hollie’s and Lucas’s relationship develop. They’re in a good place and both want what’s best for their friends! This book was fun to read and also had all the feels! I couldn’t read it fast enough and I can’t wait for A Bit of Wee Luck

Mistletoe hung.

Christmas tree done.

Presents wrapped.

Holiday plans on track.

My first Christmas with Lucas couldn’t be any more perfect! So, a little holly jolly spell can’t hurt anything, right?

Love sometimes needs a little push by elves … or me.

The Jingle Mingle Spell

Evergreen brine.
Piece of twine.
A bit of red berry.
A hair from the one you’ll marry.

I take this string in a line. And with my love, I will entwine. I'll be yours, and you'll be mine … until the end of time.

Note: When true love needs a little holiday magick, use this spell but beware, if one doesn't follow exactly, it could cause more than a little jingle mingle if you get my drift.

A Bit of Holly Jolly is book two in a four novella book series. They must be read in order!
A Bit of Holly Jolly - coming December 25, 2022
A Bit of Wee Luck - coming March 17, 2023
A Bit of Razzle Dazzle - coming July 4, 2023

Kelly Elliott - Part of Me review

Part of Me by Kelly Elliott is now live!

Fishing For the Truth

Seasiders,

News on the docks is Sutton Bradley may be adding new stock to her little boutique store, Coastal Chic, on the square. Now, I can neither confirm nor deny that it is sexy lingerie but seeing as Ms. Bradley has been seen on more than one occasion in the company of Brody Wilson, who, let me remind you, was voted as the catch of the season. One can only come to a certain conclusion and that is...

Love is in the air.

I, for one, would love to see Sutton move on from that terrible first marriage of hers, and in my humble opinion, Mr. Brody Wilson would do a fine job of making her forget all about...what's his name.

Next on my list of to do's for today...stop by Coastal Chic! Stay tuned for more on lingerie gate!

My Review

I was excited to get this second installment to this series and OH MAN! SO GOOD!!! I loved how the writer of the newsletter follows the Bradley family. And u want to know who it is! But I digress. Sutton’s in need of some help. Her genius ex is making her life miserable and Brody comes up with a way to help :) I enjoyed the banter between Brody and Sutton. The chemistry between them was fire! I wanted things to work out so badly between them. And her ex could stuff it! I couldn’t read this book fast enough and yet I didn’t want it to be over. This is a series that most definitely needs to be  read in order. Do yourself a favor and grab this book!

Kelly Elliott - Returning Home review

I was excited to start a new series from Kelly! And this small town in Maine was a fun one to experience! Addie and Gannon had been a long time coming. They had loved each other for years and yet life kept pulling them in other directions, until it didn’t. Their second chance love story was sweet and swoony! I enjoyed seeing these two get to know each other again. I loved their small town, too! And they sure made the gossip column :) I enjoyed the relationship they had with their families. I can’t wait for more books in this series!

Buzz Bait

Seasiders,

News on the docks is Adelaide Bradley is back in Seaside, and rumor has it she’s here to stay! (No ring was spotted on her finger, I might add!) After eight long years of living in the big city and working for Massachusetts General, she has decided to return to the shores. One can only imagine how thrilled Barbara and Keegan are to have their oldest daughter back.

But it makes you wonder if Adelaide will continue to peruse her nursing career or is she here to help at her family’s restaurant, The Seaside Grill.

A little seagull has planted in my ear that Gannon Wilson is taking the news rather well, considering Adelaide broke his heart all those years ago. I did notice Gannon has been working more than usual, piloting that precious cargo through our ship channel. Maybe he is picking up extra hours to purchase a piece of jewelry, considering he was seen in Reef Jewelers only days ago.

We’re rooting for the two of them to reunite at least as friends. Everyone knows the former homecoming king and queen had a bright future ahead of them until…well…that’s another story for another issue, Seasiders!

Kelly Elliott - Looking For You review

Looking for You by Kelly Elliott is now live!

The last person I would ever expect to be waiting on the front porch for me in the middle of the night was Everly Higgins. To say I was both surprised and thrilled to see her would be an understatement. I hadn't been able to stop thinking about her since we met last fall when my sister, Greer, fell in love with Everly's brother, Hudson.

When I see her bruised up face, I instantly want to hurt someone. The problem is, Everly won't tell me who hurt her or who she's running from. The only thing she'll tell me is that she needs a safe place to stay where no one can find her.

Being a cop, I have the urge to unravel this mystery, but the other side of me simply wants to protect Everly from whatever it is she's running from.

But as the people she is hiding from catch up with her, I quickly discover there is nothing I wouldn't do for Everly Higgins.

I'd even die for her.

Looking for You is book six in the Boggy Creek Valley series. It can be read as a stand alone, but for a better reading experience it is recommended to read the books in order.

My Review

I was so excited to get Kyle's story! I recently heard the term cinnamon roll romance and this would sum up Kyle! He loves book club, helps his friends no matter what and is manly on the outside but has a big, soft center. He just wants what his friends have. Love. But the one person who has made him consider more, doesn't even live in the same state as him. I enjoyed how Everly knew she could trust Kyle when her life turned upside down. I liked how fast this story moved, the danger that was lurking and the chemistry between Kyle and Everly. I found myself consumed by this book and I didn't want to put it down. If you haven't read the rest of the series, do that first, but I highly recommend this book!

Kelly Elliott - Hearts in Motion review

Hearts in Motion by Kelly Elliott is now live!

Brighton Rogers thought her life was as normal as normal could be, even better than normal. She has a thriving career as a lawyer in Boston. Friends and family back in her hometown of Boggy Creek love and adore her. And her boyfriend, Luke Morrison, showers her with love and attention, making her life finally feel complete.

A future he cannot imagine without Brighton Rogers in it. But Brighton is no ordinary woman and winning her back will force Luke to make one of the biggest sacrifices he's ever made; one he is positive he can make because a life without Bree in it, is no life at all.

I couldn't read this book fast enough and I didn't want to put it down! It was SOOOOO dang good! I was so excited to get Brighton's story! She had a good job and was confident in who she was. Then she agreed to a blind date and her life completely changed. I loved the chemistry and the banter between Brighton and Luke. I enjoyed their getting to know you period, even if it was something different than what she expected. This book completely consumed me and I simply adored it!

Kelly Elliott - Surrender to Me review

Oh man. I was looking forward to getting Arabella's story! This one was heart wrenching but so sweet as well. Hunter's love life has been a bit stalled because his heart still belongs to Arabella. I loved seeing her walls slowly come down. She came out of her shell in so many ways and her friends and family were surrounding her in her journey. Her heart still belongs to Hunter and seeing them reconnect and learn who they are as older young adults was so sweet. Kelly got me in ALL.THE.FEELS. I didn't want to put this book down! But I'm so glad there are 2 other books in this series to come! Be sure not to miss this fantastic read!

Arabella Adams was the one woman I would have laid my life down for, no matter the circumstance, because that’s what you would do for your soulmate. But when she broke up with me our senior year of college—for no reason or explanation at all—my world as I knew it fell completely apart. My heart was instantly ripped from my chest…and it was a pain I felt in my very soul, and one I never truly recovered from.

Now, here I am, ten years later, and I’ve finally learned the real reason Bella pushed me away. So, I must prove to her that anything that happened in her past—our past—doesn’t change the way I feel about her. After all, soulmates never stop loving each other, and even a decade later, I will make her see that I will protect her until the day I die.

Because you see, we promised one another we wouldn’t keep secrets, wouldn’t hide parts of ourselves that the other wouldn’t understand. Except, well, I lied. Because the moment I find the person who took Bella from me all those years ago, I’m going to make him pay for every lost moment of the past ten years, and nothing—not even the fact I’m a cop—will stop me from inflicting the same level of pain on him that Arabella and me endured all this time.

Note to readers: Arabella endures trauma no woman should have to suffer. Respectfully, the author invites you to emotionally and mentally prepare before experiencing this book on your own terms, should you choose to do so.

Surrender to Me is book four in the Boggy Creek Valley series and can be read as a stand alone. For a better reading experience, I suggest reading them in order.

1. The Butterfly Effect
2. Playing with Words
3. She's the One
4. Surrender to Me
5. Hearts in Motion
6. Looking for You

Kelly Elliott - She's the One review

Ok, can we talk about this book cover for a second!? I LOVE IT!!!  Even without having read the book, I was drawn to it. It's so darn cute! But after having read it, it's perfect!  Okay onto the book :)  I was excited to get Abby and Bishop's story. No, not because her name is the same as mine LOL But holy feels, Batman! I was very quickly lost in Abby's return and her and Bishop's journey. This was a beautiful story and I was lost in my feels. Abby ran away after a traumatic event. But unfortunately, she made some terrible choices thinking that's what was needed at the time. However, she's back in Boggy Creek and trying to make things right. I adored the love these two had for each other, even when things got hard. If you're looking for a sweet second chance love story that will leave you with a nice book hangover, then one-click this gorgeous story!! You won't be disappointed.

The day I first laid eyes on Abby Boyer, I knew she was the one. The girl I would marry and spend the rest of my life with, and I vowed to do everything I could to make her happy.

There was just one problem, I couldn’t make her happy during one of the darkest moments of our marriage. No matter how hard I tried, my love for her wasn’t enough to make her stay.

I’ve spent the last two years of my life trying to forget how much I still loved her.

Wouldn’t you know it, now that I finally managed to move on, Abby shows back up in Boggy Creek. Out of the blue. Here to stay.

They say time heals all wounds—well, two years wasn’t enough time to cover up the scars of our broken past because I still feel the pain like it was yesterday. My wounds are still healing, and not even my love for Abby can fix us…but will that love allow me to forgive her and finally move on?

For best reading results, it is recommended you read the books in order.
1. The Butterfly Effect
2. Playing with Words
3. She's the One
4. Surrender to Me
5. Hearts in Motion
6. Looking for You

Kelly Elliott - Fated Hearts review

OH.MY.HEAVENS. I simply ADORED this book! I was lost in the feels and in the uniqueness of this story! Annalise and Roger were destined to meet. Once the shock wore off, things looked a little different. Doable. They were both adults.... sharing a room wasn't the worse thing that could happen. The attraction was immediate and the chemistry palpable. What started out as a horrible experience, soon morphed into so. much. more.  I loved seeing the various stages of their relationship. Annalise was unlike anyone Roger had ever met. My heart went out to him and what he had gone through in his past. I was totally lost in their journey and couldn't read this book fast enough! Don't let this sweet read pass you by!

It was only meant to be a short trip—up to Chicago for two days and then back to Texas. At least, that was the plan until a massive snowstorm leaves me trapped in Chicago at a local hotel with no definite timeframe of when I can go back home. If that wasn’t a crazy-enough turn of events—I wake up to a beautiful princess standing in my hotel room.

She was definitely a sight to behold, but she’s not the least bit thrilled to see me—think Momma Bear finding Goldilocks lying in her bed type of annoyance.

You see, my princess turned out to be a tired and angry traveler who had been double-booked…in my hotel room. With no rooms left anywhere in the city, we are forced to bunk together to ride out the storm. Now all that’s left to determine is will we survive each other.

After a rocky start and some much-needed rest, Annalise and I soon forge a friendship that turns into a no-strings-attached fling.

When the fairytale we got lost in melts away, we have an even bigger storm to weather that we never saw coming. The one where I’m faced with the uncertainty of having to walk away from the one woman who has opened a part of my heart I had thought was as frozen over as the city we found each other in.

Fated Hearts is a stand-alone novel and the last book in the Southern Bride series.
