(Coming 6/7/2022):

From USA Today and Amazon Charts bestselling author Meghan Quinn, comes a fresh take on a romantic comedy classic, When Harry Met Sally. This steamy, laugh-out-loud, enemies to lovers romance is about an annoyingly handsome coworker and the woman who refuses to be charmed by him.

Am I friends with JP Cane?

Ha! That's laughable.

Besides the fact that he’s adopted some far-fetched notion from the movie When Harry Met Sally that says men and women can't be friends and work together, it’s safe to say we're not friends. He's annoyingly loud, obnoxiously handsome, and has made an art out of poking all my hot buttons . . . multiple times a day.

So you can imagine how disgruntled I am when I not only have to fly to San Francisco with him for work, but stay in the same penthouse. Yup, we're sharing the same air, twenty-four-seven. We're talking full-fledged working roommates.

The man doesn't know what it means to wear a shirt, thrives off protein bars, and you guessed it, moans loud enough for people to believe he's Meg Ryan in a restaurant.

Spoiler Alert: I WON'T be having what he's having.

Tack on his continuous flirting and his polished good looks, and I'm caught staring down the barrel of a seductive temptation that makes it hard for me to sleep at night.

But guess who can control herself? This girl.

Because if there is one thing I know for certain, it's that JP Cane and I are so not meant to be.

Rachel Higginson - The Secrets We Whisper in the Moonlight review

I was excited to get Eliza's story. And holy slow burn, batman! This book was so delicious and I was here for it! I loved the friendship between Eliza and Jonah. The ease between them was nice and felt realistic. I enjoyed their banter and how they genuinely enjoyed spending time together. The only problem was Eliza's brothers. Jonah, Will and Charlie have been friends forever. And Eliza was the sister he should have ignored. But the chemistry between them was palpable through the pages. I was completely lost in their story and didn't want to put this book down. Jonah was a good guy and he just wanted to find love, like his friends were starting to have. And Eliza was too sexy for her own good. These two didn't have a chance to ignore what was between them! If you love a strong female, a male who is confident with himself and appreciates a strong woman then be sure to grab this book!

Eliza English has grown up in the shadow of her two brothers, Will and Charlie. Protective, pigheaded and overwhelmed with the day-to-day of their co-owned bar, they get in the way of every romantic relationship she’s ever attempted. She would do anything for them. And for the bar. But lately, she wants more than a life grinding through every day with only her brothers to share her burdens. Lately the crush she’s had on her big brother’s best friend is demanding more and more attention.

Jonah Mason has known the English siblings almost his whole life. Will is his best friend, practically family. Charlie is the kid brother he never had. And Eliza… well, she’s nothing like a sister at all. Actually, lately, he’s been thinking about her way more than he should. Lately, he can’t seem to think about anything else but her.

Eliza and Jonah have always drawn firm lines between friendship and anything else. Sure, there’s always been attraction, but both of them have always known anything beyond that is strictly off limits. For the sake of their work. For the sake of her brothers.

Until one moonlit night when they share secrets they never meant to whisper out loud.

Secrets We Whisper in the Moonlight is the second standalone in the Decisions in Durham Series.

J. Santiago - The Royal and the Rebel review

The Royal and The Rebel

She owes him.

The media storm, the destruction of his relationship, the demise of his career—he can trace it all back to that ill-fated press conference. All the apologies in the world can't fix what happened. I was completely lost in Juliana's story! She may have been a royal, but she wasn't regarded the same as her sister. She had more freedom and yet she was fiercely loyal to her family. What might have been seen as impulsive was protective. Rowan was dealing with his own tragedy but he was always drawn to Juliana. When he was at his lowest, he reached out to her. Neither one of them expected the other. Nor, did they expect the feelings that would be involved. I LOVED this book and couldn't put it down. I loved the chemistry between them and the support they offered one another. Rowan's decisions had an unexpected outcome and I was here for it!

Kelly Elliott - Looking For You review

Looking for You by Kelly Elliott is now live!

The last person I would ever expect to be waiting on the front porch for me in the middle of the night was Everly Higgins. To say I was both surprised and thrilled to see her would be an understatement. I hadn't been able to stop thinking about her since we met last fall when my sister, Greer, fell in love with Everly's brother, Hudson.

When I see her bruised up face, I instantly want to hurt someone. The problem is, Everly won't tell me who hurt her or who she's running from. The only thing she'll tell me is that she needs a safe place to stay where no one can find her.

Being a cop, I have the urge to unravel this mystery, but the other side of me simply wants to protect Everly from whatever it is she's running from.

But as the people she is hiding from catch up with her, I quickly discover there is nothing I wouldn't do for Everly Higgins.

I'd even die for her.

Looking for You is book six in the Boggy Creek Valley series. It can be read as a stand alone, but for a better reading experience it is recommended to read the books in order.

My Review

I was so excited to get Kyle's story! I recently heard the term cinnamon roll romance and this would sum up Kyle! He loves book club, helps his friends no matter what and is manly on the outside but has a big, soft center. He just wants what his friends have. Love. But the one person who has made him consider more, doesn't even live in the same state as him. I enjoyed how Everly knew she could trust Kyle when her life turned upside down. I liked how fast this story moved, the danger that was lurking and the chemistry between Kyle and Everly. I found myself consumed by this book and I didn't want to put it down. If you haven't read the rest of the series, do that first, but I highly recommend this book!

Molly O’Keefe - Second Chance at the Riverview Inn review

I really enjoyed this book! Helen had been through a trauma and was living her life the best way she could. Micah had not had an easy life, but Helen made an impact on him early on. I enjoyed their journey and how their lives meshed together. I liked how Micah brought out a different side of Helen, and had her stepping out of her comfort zone. I liked their chemistry and the slow burn between them. They both had things happen to them to change them, but they saw something in each other and they worked well together. I couldn't put this book down!

An emotional standalone romance about finding second chances where we least expect them...

Four years ago tragedy hit Helen Larson – hard. But she has her beautiful baby girl, the love and support of her family and a job she’s great at as the fundraiser for Haven House Charity. When she gets a letter from Micah Sullivan, the bad boy, lead singer of her favorite band – Band of Outlaws, offering a sizeable contribution to Haven House, she’s not sure it’s real. But then he invites her to watch rehearsal and things get very real.

Micah Sullivan is a man with some secrets: Helen has saved his life. Twice. Once she doesn’t know about and the other she clearly doesn’t remember. He’s also a man with a problem. When he needs someone to bail him out of jail he takes the opportunity to get Helen back into his life.

It’s not supposed to be serious. It’s not supposed to be love. But the chemistry between them is real and soon, so are their feelings. But if there’s going to be a real second chance between them, he has to come clean about his secrets.

And Helen has to forgive him.

Nalini Singh - Kiss Hard review

OOH BOY! I was excited for this book and it did NOT disappoint! Danny's older siblings have lead the way for him and his dreams. But still, he needs to find himself. Catie is strong, independent and has always had to be that way. But they've been in each other's lives for years so they are no strangers. But when an incident occurs, Catie is there for Danny and soon find themselves in uncharted territory. I love a good frenemies to lovers story and the chemistry between these nemeses was off the charts! This story had a great slow burn and really allowed for Danny and Catie to spend time together and get to know one another on a different level. I enjoyed their respect for one another and even though they were learning new things about each other, they were grounded and not everything was new. This book was sweet, endearing and I couldn't put it down and I can't recommend it enough! If you haven't read Cherish Hard, which is the first of this series, then I do highly suggest starting there. This book can be read as a standalone, but too many characters from the previous books are mentioned and I think it would be easier to follow if you've read the other books.

New York Times bestselling author Nalini Singh brings you a sinfully playful contemporary romance between two sworn enemies turned partners in crime...

Daniel Esera is a young god on the rugby field, a sexy and charming man who's got the world at his feet. There's just one problem: his sudden potent attraction to his number one nemesis--Catie River. No. Just no. Not happening.

Catie River is on her way to Paralympic gold, and she's not about to allow Danny "Hotshot" Esera to derail her plans. Too bad her body isn't cooperating. Even worse? Her heart might be coming along for the ride. No. Nope. Never.

The pair are united in their desire to remain enemies... until a stranger's reckless action threatens both their careers. Now, the only way out for Catie and Danny is to pretend to be in a relationship. How bad can it be? They're adults in full control of their hormones and their hearts. There will be no kissing. No PDA. And definitely no falling in love.

Let the games begin.
