My Review
I ADORE Laura Kaye's books and have been anxiously awaiting the arrival of this book. Ohhhh man. This book had ALL the feels! Quinton is one of the owners at Blasphemy. He's a strong, alpha male but lately he's been feeling a bit off. He hasn't found what he's looking for. Then, there's an emergency in one of the rooms and he lends a hand. The female in trouble was someone he knew a few years ago and he immediately put the past behind him to help her in the now. He manages to calm her down and under his dark, Dom gaze, she tells him her fears.
This was one of those books that grabbed me from the very beginning. I loved the fact that Quinton and Cassia have a sorta past. They knew each other from years ago and certain things come to light when they meet again. Cassia is a submissive who has suffered a trauma. She wants to overcome her fears and luckily for her, she has Quinton to help her through this. Their story was easy to get lost in, and be completely captured by Quinton and Cassia's story. This is one of those books where the hero is so swoony and loveable and the reader can't help falling in love with him! Next book boyfriend? YES!! I HIGHLY recommend this fabulous read!
