M. O'Keefe - Burn Down the Night review and giveaway

Oh my heavens!  THIS book!!!!!  I mean, it's now a day later that I'm writing this review because I had to let everything that happened process and it STILL has its hooks in me.  The emotions this book provokes is powerful.  I'm not going to lie,  this book made me cry.  It was raw, edgy, rough, sad, sweet and completely unputdownable!  (Okay, so I make up my own words on occasion. ha!)  Seriously. I  simply DEVOURED this book and read it in 1 day. Make sure when you get this book, you block out the time. You won't want to put it down either! Just so you know, this is the 3rd book in the series.   I HIGHLY recommend reading from the beginning.  See my review for Everything I Left Unsaid

This isn't a light, fluffy read but one that will suck you in from the very beginning.  We know a little about Max because of Dylan, but we don't know his full story until now.  And it will break your heart. And Joan was part of Annie's life, so we have also seen glimpses of her. She's a tough nut to crack and she's been fending for herself for a long time.

Max and Joan have been dancing around each other for awhile. The reader knows they would be good together, but THEY have to decide if they're good together.  And whew boy, Molly knows how to write tension! You could cut it with a knife, but that's partly what makes this book sooo good! The build-up is unlike any other book out there and you can't pull yourself away from their story.  I don't want to say too much without giving anything away but just know, you need these books in your life!  Seriously.   And I'm STILL thinking about this story.  AMAZING!  Please do yourself a favor and GO READ NOW!!

Tell you what. I loved this series so much, I want to gift someone with Everything I Left Unsaid so you can begin this amazing journey.  Leave me a note (comment with your email) telling me you'd like to read it and I'll pick a winner by the end of Sunday, July 31!** ARC received from NetGalley for my honest review. **

A battle for control turns explosive as a beautiful con woman takes a bad-boy biker hostage in this edgy, seductive novel set in the world of Everything I Left Unsaid (“Toe-curlingly sensual.”—Katy Evans) and The Truth About Him (“Absolutely one-click worthy”—J. Kenner).

The only thing that matters to me is rescuing my sister from the drug-cooking cult that once enslaved us both. I’ve run cons my whole life, and I’ll use my body to get whatever I need. Max Daniels is the last connection I have to that world, the one person reckless enough to get involved. Besides, now that his brothers have turned on him, he needs me too.

The deal was supposed to be simple: a place to hide in exchange for rescuing my sister. Now he’s my prisoner. Totally at my mercy. But I’m the one captivated. Enthralled. Doing everything he asks of me until I’m not sure who’s in control.

We both crave the heat. The more it hurts, the better. But what if Max wants a different life now, to leave the game . . . to love me? I thought I knew better than to get burned. Now I’m in too deep to pull away. And the crazy thing is . . . I don’t want to.
