Jennifer Probst - 1,001 Nights: Searching for Mine

Another FANTASTIC read from the wonderful Jennifer Probst. Not going to lie, I'm a huge fan of hers and I would read ANYTHING she writes. This book captured me from the very first page.  Ella, a college professor has a standoff with one of her students, the good-looking Connor Dunkle (Noah's brother).  At first they're like oil and water but hold on, the story gets good...

Connor has always had it easy when it comes to women, even though he comes off as a complete ass. He doesn't realize his professor isn't going to take it easy on him. He actually has to work (hard) in her class!

Ella is not interested in men currently. Nor is she interested in her students. But when her and Connor's lives begin overlapping, they see the other person for who they are. They have a great friendship that begins changing to more. When Kennedy gets her hands on Ella, Connor can no longer deny his attraction to her and it's off to the races!  I loved their sweet love story! There was more than meets the eye with this one and it flowed so well. I didn't want it to ever be over.

It's realistic, natural and was completely adorable. I was lost in the pages of Connor and Ella's story.  She's a good mom and is focused on her son and making life good for him.  She wasn't looking for love, especially not in Connor.  But through their friendship, she saw more to him and fell. I loved the fact they were friends first! It made them more endearing and made me want to cheer them on. They might not have ever given love a chance if circumstances hadn't allowed for the friendship.  They had a great foundation and it was truly a sweet love story.  Thank you Jennifer Probst for another great read!
