J. Kenner - Stark After Dark

First off, I love coming back to Nikki and Damien. It's been awhile since I've read these novellas it was nice to re-read their story again. Having them all in one place at one time was super fantastic, too!  I had forgotten a lot of what went on during these stories so it was kind of like reading it for the first time again.  I enjoy The Starks, whether it's the first time or the 20th!

Take Me

Nikki is consumed with getting ready for her wedding. Many thing happen along the way, including the woman who birthed her - and whom I want to punch in the face for her, but Damien is always there for her and he reminds her the only important thing they need for a wedding. Each other. It's so sweet and perfectly them. Sigh.

Have me

This was the story of Damien and Nikki's honeymoon and things that they have to deal with being in the public eye. Of course since it's their honeymoon, there's plenty of action but Damien is so sweet with Nikki.   He knows what she needs as she does him.  They are a dynamic duo and have had to work hard to get where they are.  Such a sweet story.

Play My Game

Nikki and Damien are home from their honeymoon and getting settled back into the routine.  This story is set around Valentine's Day. Which is good timing since it's coming up! Damien has something in store for Nikki and she has to figure it out.  SO SWEEET!!!!  But then, because they are public figures, nothing can be easy.  They have someone wanting to bring them down.  But it's fast paced and easy to get lost in this story.  Plus? This was J. Kenner's first glimpse at Jackson Steele.  (He's another hot, alpha male and you need to read his story if you haven't already!)

Seduce Me

I can't get enough of Damien and Nikki! This book was a nice glimpse into their lives. They take a trip into Las Vegas and what The Starks do while out there was really enjoyable to watch. Not to mention, hot hot hot! And there's an unexpected twist that made me love them even more! It's nice to see them having fun with each other and obviously in love. This is why I love them so much.... And these novellas are such a tease but I'll take any and every Damien and Nikki story J. Kenner writes!

Stark After Dark by J. Kenner

What happens after she says “yes”? Together in one riveting eBook, these four novellas—Take Me, Have Me, Play My Game, and Seduce Me—continue the story of billionaire Damien Stark and his fiancĂ©e, Nikki Fairchild, from J. Kenner’s Stark Trilogy: Release Me, Claim Me, and Complete Me. Following the happy couple from their steamy engagement into wedded bliss, this addictive collection is perfect for fans of Fifty Shades of Grey and Bared to You.

I’ve long dreamed of my fairy-tale wedding, but it wasn’t until I met Damien Stark—who captured me with his kisses and undid me with his touch—that I began to believe it was my destiny. Though we both carry secrets and scars, our shared passion heals us, binding us together. We have surrendered to each other completely, and our mutual ecstasy is the brightest light in my life.

But darkness still snakes through the cracks in our armor. Ghosts from our past have moved in, bringing fresh pain that cuts deep and threatens to destroy everything we hold dear.

Damien is my anchor to this world, and I am his. But if we are going to keep each other, we have to fight the shadows of our pasts to move forward into our future.

Stark After Dark is intended for mature audiences.
