KG Fletcher - Breathless Love review

Hank might be my new favorite Bennett! He's such an old-fashioned gentleman and you can't help but like him! The chemistry between him and Ella Mae was palpable and believable. I enjoyed their friendship and the realness that was between them. Hank and Ella Mae had an instant connection, but it wasn't insta-love. They meet by chance and turns out, she's his idol's sister! But Travis doesn't have an impact as to why he and Ella work. Travis is a by-product. I liked that he liked her for her. I enjoyed the flow of this story and the development of their relationship. I liked how Hank brought Ella Mae into his world and was a rock for her, when she needed it the most. I couldn't read this book fast enough. While I do recommend reading the previous books in the series, you can read this as a standalone.

He’s chasing his honky-tonk dreams. She’s Nashville songwriter royalty. Will a road trip together set them on a passionate course toward their hearts’ desire?

Being a country music star is Hank Bennett’s ultimate goal. But after his band breaks up, he’s at a crossroads pondering his fate between music and working on the family farm. Lonely, libated, and a little bit lost, he attends the hometown concert of his country music idol, Travis Miller.

But he never expected to cross paths with Travis’s gorgeous songwriting sister, Ella Mae.

She’s outgoing, easy to talk to, and has several music awards under her belted daisy dukes. There’s something magical and mesmerizing about a successful female artist penning chart-topping country love ballads, and he’s smitten.

When Ella invites Hank to join them on the road during the last three weeks of the exciting tour, these kindred spirits can’t fight their attraction anymore – and his chivalry and wooing antics pay off into a night of unforgettable passion. She’s unleashed something inside him, and he’s unlocking her desires one by one. But a small town musician wannabe like him has no place in Ella Mae’s thrilling tour life when her famous brother becomes jealous of their unmistakable duo.

Will their shared harmony lead Hank toward country music stardom? Or will the dark side of fame steer him off course, leaving him a heartbrokenfarmer?

Author’s Note: A steamy standalone about two musicians at a crossroads. One-click for a handsome, country-boy hero who likes to woo his woman, and a loyal, talented heroine starting to remember who she is outside of her famous brother’s shadow. Romantic add-ons include a charming family farm, hayloft serenades, outdoor sexy times in the mountains, and a happily ever after that will leave you breathless for days.

KG Fletcher - Shameless Love review

I was excited to get this next book in the series. Walt looks after his family. He cares for those he considers his. I loved his protectiveness. Elyse wants good things for the Bennet family, most especially Becky and Walt. Becky is a rising star and Elyse is guiding her. Walt is looking out for his sister, not looking for love. But the chemistry between Walt and Elyse was OH MY! So hot! There was an immediate reaction between them and they were a fun couple to get to know. This book is sweet, steamy and I didn't want to put it down!

He’s the broody brother in the family whose temper can go from zero to death row in a heartbeat. She’s the sexy television producer who stops him in his tracks. Are these two opposites nothing more than a one night stand?

He didn’t mean to give Elyse pleasure during the important studio party. Because they could never be anything more than friends, right?

And even though she was drop-dead gorgeous and flaunted her sexy-as-sin charm, he should’ve kept his hands to himself and looked the other way. Until he walked into that party and his gaze landed on her barely-there dress. At that moment he never wanted anything so badly in his entire life.

He’s worked hard to protect his family and call his life his own, but when they become trapped together during a freak snowstorm, all bets are off. She’s made it clear she’s a city girl, and not interested in settling down in a small town like Langston Falls. But watching her on the farm, he starts to see another side of her that has him wishing she’d reconsider.

Will the bond they share be enough to overcome a long distance relationship? Or will his chance at happily ever after explode, leaving him angry and alone?

Author’s Note: A steamy standalone romance about two opposites who can’t keep their hands to themselves. One-click if you love a broody small town hero who’s ready to put down roots, and an independent heroine who won’t be tied down. Sexy Add-ons include: Insta-lust that turns into so much more, a mountain blizzard trapping them together, public displays of desire, decimated turtlenecks. This love story comes with a guaranteed Happily Ever After.

KG Fletcher - Faultless Love review

I was excited to start a new series from KG Fletcher! Teddy and Robyn had a history. Not all of it good. But Robyn helped Teddy get through the hardest years of his life. And they had a second chance at love. I really enjoyed Teddy and Robyn getting the chance to know each other again. Life hadn’t gone the direction they planned but they were living their lives, trying to move forward. I liked the way this story flowed and I very quickly found myself pulled into their world. I didn’t want this book to end!

He’s a convicted felon out on parole for a crime he didn’t commit. She’s the girl who put her life on hold while he was away. Can the two pick up right where they left off?

He never should’ve gone on that beer run. If he’d stayed at the party, kissing Robyn by the bonfire, his life would’ve turned out totally different. But actions have consequences, the slam of the judge’s gavel echoing the death knell of his freedom.

Now he’s back in his hometown, starting his life over at his family’s Christmas tree farm and winery.

Running into Robyn wasn’t part of the plan.

She leaves him pining and reckless to see her again. But things permanently changed after that night so many years ago. Or so he thought.

With Robyn, he feels understood, wanted, and strong—things he hasn’t felt in a long time. When she’s in his arms, he’s tempted to trust again. To love again. To fly free again.

But deep down, he’s petrified.

Will the love they share be enough to overcome the past? Or will his second chance at happily ever after implode, confining him to a life sentence—alone?

Author’s Note: A steamy standalone romance about two lives turned upside down. One-click if you love a sacrificial hero willing to risk it all, and a heroine who never gave up on him. Romantic Add-ons: Steamy second chances, an idyllic small town, skinny-dipping in ponds, barn loft liaisons. This love story comes with a guaranteed Happily Ever After.

KG Fletcher - Love’s Refrain review

Phillip and Kat! Their story was very unique and interesting. I was cheering for these two. I enjoyed how this book weaved in between present day and the past. Their love was intense and sweet. I don't want to say too much and give this beautiful story away. I wasn’t sure how things would work out but KG held me captivated and I couldn’t read fast enough. And know that I can't wait to get my hands on Love's Reverie!

A magical Time Travel Romance, inspired by the cult classic, Somewhere In Time, sweeps readers from 1947 and beyond.

Present Day, Katherine ‘Kat’ Monroe, a celebrated jazz singer, is just ending her first national tour when she meets an elderly stranger who gifts her a locket with a mysterious message tucked inside. Through a series of events, Kat stumbles upon a strange portal in the theater and is suddenly transported to the postwar community of her beloved town…1947.

Kat is thrust into the intrigues of a world that threatens her career and may break her heart. Navigating her way amid risk, passion, and jealousy, she learns her only chance of understanding what has happened lies in Phillip Gordon, a handsome young pianist. What begins in curiosity becomes an urgent need. Kat finds herself torn between two very different versions of Phillip, in two contrasting worlds, one of whom will have to die before the other can fully live again.

Love’s Refrain is Book One in The Stardust Duet - a melodic tale about a man’s devotion, the woman tempting fate to save him, and a bond that transcends time itself.

If you love sizzling romance, edge-of-your-seat action, time travel, a swoon-worthy hero, and a talented heroine in a small town setting, you’ll love KG Fletcher’s dramatic time travel romance books. Each is a standalone with a guaranteed HEA, but an interconnected narrative. Best if read in order.

 My Review

I adore KG Fletcher books and I do believe this is my new favorite! I was very quickly lost in Nicky and Mac's story. I was here for the ride and I was excited to see where that ride would take me. I mean, the characters. ;) Nicky has a successful business and thanks to her friend, she meets up and coming rock star, Reid Macpherson (Mac). Their lives were on completely different paths but there was something about them. They just clicked. Mac was about to start his world tour and wasn't looking for a woman. Nicky had her business and wasn't one worried about her singledom. I also liked getting glimpses of Fiona and Chris as well. I liked the friends and family surrounding this couple and when times got tough, they had their support. I liked the chemistry between them, the realness they had and the love and respect they had for one another. I enjoyed the way their story evolved and I couldn't put this book down. I can't recommend this book enough! Be sure not to let it pass you by.

Characters as described by KG:

Nicky Sinclair (small-town wedding planner, long-brunette hair, green eyes, White Barn Weddings, chabby chic, she looks like a Ralph Lauren model, loves cowboy boots & visiting the local pub owned by her BFF)

Reid Macpherson (Scottish rock star/celebrity, think Ed Sheeran but better looking, auburn hair and beard, blue eyes, Celtic tattoos on his arms, guitar player/singer, about to start his first world tour)

K.G. Fletcher - A Sun So Bright review

Ooh, this book had ALL THE FEELS! I was very quickly lost in Fiona and Chris's story. While this is the 3rd book in the series, you could read it without the other 2, but it would make more sense if you'd read the previous ones. Fiona has had things handed to her in life. The chemistry between Chris and Fiona was palpable through the pages! That's one thing they had in spades. Fiona isn't used to being alone and she enjoys Chris's company. After her proposition and they begin spending time together, the lines started to blur. I liked the interactions between them and how easy things were. I liked the realness to them. Their story was sweet and I didn't want it to end! Be sure to grab your copy today!

A billionaire heiress walks into a bar…

When Fiona Merrill finds herself without a date on New Year’s Eve, the frustrated New York socialite takes matters into her own hands. After way too many glasses of champagne, she propositions the familiar bartender with an offer he can’t refuse. But the handsome, Brooklyn-born drink-slinger turns out to be a lot more than she bargained for.

Chris Ballard lives with his mother, biding his time until he can save enough money to completely renovate his crumbling farmhouse in upstate New York. An opportunity for some quick cash is a no-brainer, and with the amount of money Fiona offers him, he is eager to agree to her scheme.

In a world of have and have nots, posing as the next Manhattan power couple is the easy part. Things become challenging when Chris dares Fiona to go deeper than what her pampered life style offers. Is it possible for the heiress to change her ways and discover a bigger purpose? Or will the poor little rich girl continue her selfish ways with only her money to keep her warm?

He’s a broken man searching through the past for answers.
She’s his childhood best friend he had no idea he was in love with.

Thomas Capshaw never thought he’d put his dreams of being a sketch artist on the back burner and end up working in New York City far from home. The very last thing he expects is the inheritance of his famous grandfather’s beach cottage on the sandy shores of Florida where he spent his childhood summers.

Emeline Fischer is an aspiring artist trying to make ends meet, working an assortment of odd jobs while painting her dreams on canvas in hopes of landing her own gallery show someday. When she is Thomas’s waitress during her shift at the local beach diner, she immediately recognizes her sensitive childhood friend who promised long ago to protect her from her unstable home life when they were teens.

The two friends take a journey into their past through a box of photos left behind at Cap Cottage and rediscover their mutual passion for art - and each other. Thomas doesn’t plan to fall in love with Emmy - but maybe he’s always been in love with her. Can he forgive himself for his past mistakes and start over in the only place that ever felt like home? My Review

I was excited to start a new world from KG Fletcher! This book was a sweet, second-chance story. Thomas returns to his grandfather's town after the loss of his grandfather. He didn't leave things well with his grandfather and he's dealing with guilt. He comes back to Florida, with his tail between his legs and wishing things could be different. One thing he wasn't expecting was his old friend. I enjoyed the story and the sweetness of these old friends rediscovering their friendship and finding a new love. I loved the pieces his grandfather left him to find. Get lost in this book today!

KG Fletcher - Georgia Pine review

Whew! I've been anxiously awaiting this book and it definitely did not disappoint! I loved getting lost in Jessica and Tim's story.  It was unique and realistic. This was one of those books that captured me from the very beginning and didn't let go, even after The End.  The chemistry between Tim and Jessica was instantaneous and hott.  While their relationship started quickly, it worked for them and did a great job of bringing the reader into their lives. They weren't looking for anything and Tim was an honest, good, caring gentleman.  I adored him!  Their relationship was sweet and I loved how Tim made Jessica feel cherished. He was good with her AND her kids.  Their relationship evolved and was more than either of them expected. KG Fletcher did a great job giving her readers ALL.THE.FEELS. and I felt like I was experiencing everything with Tim and Jessica. At one point, I was holding my breath, scared for them and wanting everything to be okay. I was in the moment with them, for sure!  I devoured this read and consumed it in one sitting! I can't recommend this book enough! Do yourself a favor and grab your copy now.

The agony of defeat never felt so real.

Never in a million years did Jessica Kaufman think she would be divorced from her real-estate mogul husband and left to raise four young daughters on her own in an affluent Atlanta subdivision. The very last thing she expects is an encounter with her gorgeous gardener who looks more like a sexy beast from her daughters' favorite Disney movie. She is smitten with his evergreen eyes, wild mane of hair and impressive stature.

Tim McGill is in hiding – his reputation and celebrated career on the West Coast left in shambles. He moves far away to distance himself from his downfall and inconspicuously tends the upper-class landscapes to keep his renowned identity a secret. Unlike his typical wealthy clients, Jessica doesn't seem to mind that he's a gardener. One spark between them is all it takes to ignite a fiery passion that could explode if Tim’s identity is revealed. He must earn Jessica’s trust and finally come to terms with what he has lost.

Can Tim open his heart wide enough to let in a beautiful mother and her four little girls? Or will his Southern Belle turn her back on him and walk away from their happily-ever-after?

KG Fletcher - Georgia On My Mind review

Another enjoyable read from KG Fletcher! I was lost in Hart and Gia's story and I didn't want it to end. I loved the way Hart wanted to take care of Gia. He supported her and loved her in the most raw and honest way he'd found himself in, in awhile. While Gia was still dealing with her past, Hart was the one who was there for her. Even though it was hard for him, I liked seeing him trust Gia and tell her about his past. While their pasts weren't easy to overcome, their relationship was real and gritty. I enjoyed the twists and turns this story unveiled and these characters were real, honest, and heartbreakingly sad at times.  Both had demons in their past, but some affected them more than others and threatened their future. KG Fletcher did a great job of captivating the reader and drawing them into Gia's and Hart's world. I didn't want to leave them.  As Hart is Katie's brother, I also enjoyed getting a glimpse into Katie's and Clay's lives!  Do yourself a favor and grab your copy now!

First rule in business - never let them see you with your pants down.

Hartford Parker is a disgraced real estate broker hiding out in his sister’s condo in suburban Atlanta. Swearing off women after an embarrassing indiscretion at a black-tie event, Hart now indulges in drinking and working out as he tries to come to terms with his unexpected firing at a prestigious DC firm.

Across town in a run-down and forgotten part of the city, Gia Bates is struggling to make ends meet at her failing dance studio. Secretly working part-time as a Marilyn Monroe impersonator for a seedy entertainment company has Gia feeling trapped in her debt while slowly chipping away at her passion and solace in dance.

The handsome playboy and the dancer with legs-for-days find themselves at the same party and end up on an uncertain path full of sex, secrets, and shame. As they move forward in a spicy tango, can the two of them ever dance in sync? Will they fight for their own happily ever after or will Hart be left with nothing more than Georgia on his mind?

KG Fletcher - Georgia Clay review

Oh man! I ADORED this story and I LOVE a feel-good, love story! I was quickly consumed by Katie and Clay.  Katie wasn't aware of who he was as a songwriter, but she was drawn to the man himself.  When they bumped into each other, there was a pull between them.  The relationship was realistic, the chemistry palpable through the pages.  They weren't looking for love, but soon had to navigate a long-distance.  This book made me swoon, laugh out loud, and want to throw my kindle but I couldn't read it fast enough. I wanted to grow old with Katie and Clay.  Even though Clay was a star in Nashville, he didn't let it go to his head and both he and Katie are relatable to the reader. Living in Nashville, I found it fun to live vicariously in the music biz through Clay!  It was a whole new world for Katie and she didn't realize how well known Clay was. She had a struggle on her own about making the relationship work.  Be ready to not get anything done as KG Fletcher takes you on an amazing journey.  Go one-click this book today!

“Georgia Clay” Watkins is a handsome, award-winning Nashville songwriter rubbing elbows with the elite stars of country music. An incredible talent in his own right, Clay has always hesitated to step into the spotlight on his own for fear his debilitating childhood secret will rear its ugly head.
Katie Parker is a workaholic Southern beauty who’s first love is her career. It’s not just her knowledge of the cut-throat insurance business she has skillfully navigated over the years, but her tenacity and gumption in climbing the corporate ladder.
The musician and career woman run into each other in the heat of the Atlanta summer at their ten-year high school reunion and unexpectedly end up in the bed of his pickup truck talking till dawn. As they forge ahead in a passionate long-distance relationship, can Clay admit to Katie she had his heart a long, long time ago? Will her drive and encouragement finally be the reason Georgia Clay takes a chance on his career…and love?

My Review:
Gah, I couldn't devour this book fast enough! I quickly found myself lost in Lauren and David's world. I loved that it was a non-famous girl and a famous guy.  I mean, who hasn't wished for that to happen?! Lauren is a likable character. KG wrote her in such a way that the reader feels for her. We feel her troubles and her normalcy. Lauren is making her own way in the world and David enters her life when she isn't expecting it. Soon, she gets swept up in the amazingness that is David.   These two had immediate chemistry, but they had an ease about them that pulls the reader in.  Their journey was sweet, sexy, fun and ALL THE FEELS! Both Lauren and David love what they do, but they have to find a way to make it work between them.  This is one of those books where I just loved everything about it and I don't want to ruin this story for you but I will tell you you need to one click this book RIGHT NOW! I HIGHLY recommend it! (And PS - follow her on IG, you'll see her behind the scenes life of a real singer!)

The two musicians forge ahead in a dizzy rhythm of passion and music, both impressed by each other’s harmonious abilities. When Sam learns of Casey’s family trauma involving her sister’s abusive ex-boyfriend, he commits to being there for her and her young niece who is caught in the middle. My Review:

Oh man! This was my first KG Fletcher book but definitely not my last. I was immediately captured by Casey and her band mates. I enjoyed watching their banter and seeing her and Sam flirt was so much fun. I was lost in their story and KG writes in such a way that I felt the love emanating between them as their relationship developed. They had knowledge of each other before the reader comes in to the picture so we're seeing them as things develop romantically. It's easy between them and they get each other.
I liked Casey's family as well, when we start to get to know them.  Her sister is kind and caring and watches out for her; her niece is so sweet and at a fun age! I loved how KG drew me into their world and based on the blurb, knew something was going to happen.  When tragedy hit, I wasn't prepared for it and it absolutely gutted me. The path to healing felt realistic and love was a big part of that process, too.  I loved everything about this book and highly recommend it!
