My Review

I love Hayley's mafia world! I was excited to get another look into the Zanetti famiglia. This time we get Made Man, Massimo. Pippa hasn't had an easy life, but she knows she doesn't want a Made Man. But when she goes to Arlo for help, he knows just what she needs. She agrees to his fix to her problem and Massimo isn't what she's expecting. Massimo was careful with her. He knew what her trepidation was with Made Men and she wasn't like other women he'd dealt with. I enjoyed their chemistry, the bit of awkwardness between them and wasn't expecting what was coming next! But Pippa wasn't someone to shy away. It may have taken her a moment, but she was a strong woman and she was there for her man when he needed her the most. I enjoyed the ride this story took the reader on and I didn't want to walk away when it was done! Another enjoyable book from Hayley! Don't let this one pass you by.

Recently, the four of them moved out to the Hill Country of Texas, where they adopted a new family member, a chocolate lab named Optimus Prime. Most of Hayley’s days are spent taking care of her two boys, going to the baseball fields for practice, or helping them with homework. Her evenings are spent with her husband and her nights—those are spent creating alpha book boyfriends.

My Review
 I seriously loved this book! I love how Hayley writes mafia stories. This one was dark, gritty, real and OH-SO-DELICIOUS! Benicio has been hurt in the past by Nicola. He's out for revenge. I enjoyed the push/pull between this couple. Their world is a dark, sometimes ugly place and there's never been something so good for them. As they begin to spend more time together, things are revealed, rules are changed and lives are better. I was on the edge of my seat waiting for what was next! I couldn't read this book fast enough and can't recommend it enough! Be sure to grab your copy!

My Review

I was excited to dive back in to Hayley's mafia world! I loved the chemistry between Arlo and Lenora. I normally don't like an instant chemistry let's start a physical relationship kind of book, but I thought it worked well for this couple. It was believable and palpable. Arlo was hiding a lot of things, but their relationship moved forward despite that. I enjoyed the danger and the mystery surrounding the mob family. I was completely consumed by this story and found myself quickly lost in it. I couldn't read this book fast enough! If you enjoy mafia stories, then this book is for you.

My Review

I was anxious to find out what would happen between Lucas and Brooklyn! This book picks right up where Discovery left off. The air of danger/mystery in this book was one that had me holding my breath, waiting for the next bad thing to happen. This story had plenty of ups and downs and had me wondering what's next!? Lucas is a changed man because of Brooklyn. I enjoyed seeing his family and how kind they are. Lucas might be ruthless as a lawyer, but his family and Brooklyn bring out another side of him. I enjoyed the twists and turns this book had and I didn't want to put it down! I was lost in their world and I recommend this series!

MY REVIEW

I was excited to get lost in one of Hayley's worlds! Lucas was a player and no one had ever made him change his ways. Until Brooklyn... I enjoyed the banter between these two. The chemistry was palpable and their attraction was such that anyone could see it! Lucas' career kept him busy and not wanting to be tied down. But there was an inexplicable pull he had with Brooklyn. He wanted to protect her and yet she wasn't his typical type. Lucas is a sexy man and has the confidence to get any woman, but he wants Brooklyn. Brooklyn knows she shouldn't mix work and pleasure.. She's a strong, independent woman but there's a dark force out there. Brooklyn's job has brought some unsavory characters to light. I was drawn into their story and couldn't read it fast enough! Now, I'm anxiously awaiting for Appeal.

My Review

Wow! This was the first book I’ve read by Hayley and it won’t be my last! Color me impressed. The mafia is always an interesting topic so I was excited to read this one. And whew boy! It didn’t disappoint. I enjoyed the dynamics between this couple. Their chemistry was palpable. Luciana has never had power before. And typically in this world, the woman did not. So I loved Gavino’s soft spot for Luciana. There was a power struggle but it felt realistic and the reader can see the love Gavino has for Luciana. This was a captivating read and I struggled to put it down! If you like the mafia world, then grab your copy now.
