I thought this book was so sweet! Elijah and Maddie have an emotional journey. I really enjoyed their friendship and soon timing was right to change to more. Elijah suffered a big loss and Maddie had a loss, too but it didn't mean that things couldn't work between them. Elijah had a second chance at love and Maddie has loved Elijah for years but it wasn't able to work between them. I was cheering for them. I loved how Andi Arndt and Jason Clarke brought these characters to life!

Emma and Pierce have put the real world aside and are tied up in their bubble, enjoying each other in Croatia. Things aren’t supposed to get serious, but feelings are hard to put aside. And some friendships aren’t meant to be. I enjoyed the chemistry between Emma and Pierce and the way they care for each other. This story ends on a slight cliffy, and I can’t wait to read more in Famously Mine!

OH MAN. Not going to lie here, I was worried about this book. I've been to previous J.R. Ward events and she dropped little hints about it. But! I wasn't going to let it stop me from reading. And I wanted to stay and dwell in the BDB world a little longer. I didn't want to read it too quickly because I was excited :) And if you were at Readers on the River in 2022, there was something from that event that ended up in the book! #IYKYK  

This book was so, so good! I was completely wrapped up in the BDB world and all that Lassiter had been through. I wanted a HEA for him!! This book had twists and turns and I couldn't put it down. I don't want to ruin any of Lassiter's journey but if you've made it this far in the series, you'll enjoy this book. J.R. Ward has a way with words and I felt for these characters. My Review

I adore Jessica Lemmon's books and this one was no exception! I was very quickly lost in Jackson and Allison's story. This was a book I found I couldn't put down. Ohhhh the feels! Jessica Lemmon is one who does a great job bringing her characters to life and gets the reader to feel for them. This second chance love story was captivating, endearing and I didn't want Jackson and Allison's story to end. She is a young, Hollywood star who trusted the wrong people and she finds herself back home while the dust settles. Allison is the last person Jackson expects to see again, yet the pull between them is still there. While they don't know each other anymore, the past is in front of them and they work on being friendly. Jackson has never forgotten his first love. He has tried to move on and he wasn't holding out hope for her, but when he unexpectedly sees her again, all bets are off. I enjoyed the way this story moves from each of their perspectives and the way the past intertwines with the now. I love a good second chance romance and this book didn't disappoint! This read was fantastic and if you're looking for a feel good, HEA, this is your book! Be sure to grab your copy!

My Review

I was excited to get this book! The synopsis sounded soooo good! And guess what!? IT WAS! I adored this book and was lost in ALL. THE. FEELS. Jess is the ultimate book boyfriend. Oh man, oh man! I loved Jess and loved that he had loved Pippa for years. But these friends had never crossed those lines. Until now! Pippa’s mouth may have run away from her and she finds herself in a predicament. She needs an ex-husband. I couldn’t put this book down! I also didn’t want to read it too fast. I was totally lost in it and I can’t recommend it enough! Please don’t let this book pass you by!

My Review

OMG! This book was so good! I couldn't put it down! Millie and Ford found themselves face to face again after a decade apart. While previously they were just friends, feelings were there. Millie is in a good spot. She loves her job, she has friends, but she doesn't have someone special in her life. Ford is trying to get back on his feet. He's trying to find a better life for himself and his daughter. The chemistry between Millie and Ford is still there all these years later. I was cheering them on! This story had a good flow and I was lost in Millie and Ford's journey. It was a sweet and swoony read!
