I really enjoyed this book! I was looking forward to Levi's story and these two authors did not disappoint! Levi is drawn to Sarah and can't help himself and makes excuses to see her often. Sarah has been hurt in the past and doesn't want to start a relationship with anyone but she too, find herself intrigued by Levi. Then something happens that forces to speed up their relationship/encounters. Levi protects what's his and he considers Sarah one to protect.
As people, they go through a traumatic event which brings them closer together. Their chemistry is palpable and is seriously HOT!! We know (some of) Levi's story from his brothers' books, but we dive into who he is and the things that happened to him growing up. Sarah's life hasn't been easy either and they have that in common. They don't let their pasts define who they are today, but they acknowledge it has shaped them into who they have become. Levi has the utmost care and respect for Sarah and she appreciates him. She wants to be there for him too.
Their story is sweet, sad, sexy and will set your kindle on fire! I didn't want to put this book down and was excited to learn another book is in the works from Carly and Erika! Don't let this book pass you by!
