My Review

I was excited to get Lark's story! I knew it would be intense, but I didn't realize how much! I enjoyed how Lark and Kholt reconnected. I was rooting for these two! Some things about this book were very surprising while others were an easy one to see coming. I liked the mix of the unexpected and I couldn’t put this book down! While the show was still a focus, this book mainly focused on Lark’s life. I loved the family she had created on her own and the tightness of the group. I didn’t want this book to end and when can I watch Haunted New Orleans on tv?! Go grab your copy now!

My Review

THIS BOOK YOU GUYS!!!!!! If you like paranormal and things that go bump in the night, you need this one! Sky and Padre have a connection that is palpable through the pages. Their romance is sweet and fun. They have a job to do but life has a funny way of throwing people together. But their relationship also made them stronger. I enjoyed how Padre let Sky do her thing and simply wanted to support her. I enjoyed the way this story developed and the way the book held me captivated. It was a little creepy but I couldn't put it down! It felt like I was there and doing the paranormal hunting with this crew! New Orleans is a great setting and as much a part of the story as the people. I do recommend reading Memento Mori first. But hurry! Grab this fantastic book ASAP!

My Review

I'll tell you what! This was my first book from Rayvn Salvador, but not my last! I couldn't read this book fast enough! Hanlen and Dev make a GREAT pair! She's a skeptic and he's had a lifetime dealing with what he does. I loved the spooky New Orleans setting, the hint of magic in the air and the way this story jumped off the pages and came to life in front of me. I felt their emotions and the creepiness! I was completely lost in this story. It weaved in between those living and dead and dying. Shew! I loved the twists and the journey Hanlen had to take. I wasn't sure what was going to happen and it kept me turning page after page. If you like a good, spooky book then this one is for you! I CANNOT wait to read Malum Discordiae.
