MY REVIEW:
I do believe this is my favorite book from RC Boldt! I was IN LOVE with Foster Kavanaugh! We've seen him in the Teach Me series so the reader knows a little to his background, however those books don't have to be read to understand this one. However, I do HIGHLY recommend reading those first. Noelle and Foster work together and their banter is very enjoyable. They both give as good as they've got to each other and often times, it's laugh-out-loud-funny. Noelle has a past that she hasn't divulged to her boss or her coworkers, despite security being their jobs. She is trying to move on, except her past doesn't want to let go. Circumstances push Noelle and Foster together in an unconventional way, but the sexual tension is through the roof and decisions have to be made. I was completely captivated by their story and didn't want to put the book down. I loved the fact that we still saw their friends, but the majority of this book was focused on the two of them.
