My Review:
Man oh man! What a great read! Truly another great book from CD Reiss. I get sucked into her worlds and I don't want her books to let me go. It's sweet, sad, fun, sexy and downright delicious. Dash and Vivian are pretty opposite, but you know what they say, opposites attract! She's a librarian, bookworm and a romantic. Dash is a pro baseball player with swagger. She doesn't get what he sees in her.
The journey between the two of them is so good and so real, which is what I love about CD Reiss's stories! I was sucked into Vivian and Dash's life and I didn't want to walk away! I loved the relationship between Vivian and her dad and I was glad she had him in her life. She was a strong woman, but she had to learn that about herself. She had to see it in herself. She stood up for what she believed and it made her stronger. Dash on the other hand, was a playboy athlete. He had skill on and off the field but found himself attracted to Vivian. He couldn't get enough of her. Because of her, he had some growing to do and he learned how to do it. He was completely right and wrong for her and I enjoyed watching them grow together. Their passion was HOT HOT HOT but they were so much more, too.
If you've never read anything from CD Reiss, now is the time to do it. If you have, you know how awesome her books are and this is no exception. VERY enjoyable read and as always, I look forward to reading more from Christine!

About the Author:
CD Reiss is a USA Today bestseller. She still has to chop wood and carry water, which was buried in the fine print. Her lawyer is working it out with God but in the meantime, if you call and she doesn't pick up she's at the well hauling buckets. Born in New York City, she moved to Hollywood, California to get her master's degree in screenwriting from USC. In case you want to know, that went nowhere but it did give her a big enough ego to write novels. She's frequently referred to as the Shakespeare of Smut which is flattering but hasn't ever gotten her out of chopping that cord of wood. If you meet her in person, you should call her Christine.
